RP 4030 RUST•CONVERTER HYBRID is composed of a hybrid acrylic-epoxy polymer that combines excellent rust converting properties and adhesion on metals, forming a film that blocks the migration of oxygen and water to the substrate.
It is applied directly on rusted surfaces converting them to a rust-inhibiting ion complex while at the same time it passivates the substrate providing protection from further corrosion.
It is applied for rust conversion and protection on metal surfaces such as steel rebar of concrete elements, metal tools and machinery, and in marine applications.
Indicative consumption: approximately 0.2 lt/m2.
Consumption depends on the type of application.

Storage: 12 months from production date, if stored in original, sealed container, protected from direct sunlight and frost.
