Cement-based render, modified with polymers and other special admixtures, used to create the base coat of render.
It exhibits high mechanical strengths, strong adhesion to the substrate and excellent workability either when applied with a pumping machine or by hand.
Classified as general purpose (GP) mortar type CS II, W0 according to the European standard EN 998-1.
Applied after the rough cast render (SP 20) in order to level the wall surface prior to the application of the final-coat render (ST 40 or ST 45 FINE) or other wall coverings, e.g. ceramic tiles, decorative microcement coatings, etc.
Can also be used for minor repair works.
It is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
Approximately 15 kg/m2 for a 10mm thick layer.
